1. Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and use the vcity365 platform, you must meet the following requirements:

• At least 18 years old at the time of registration. Registration by underage individuals is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure.

• Having the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
